We (Sean, Leslie and Natalya) have decided to move our humble conversations about life & other random acts of (un)kindness from the 1950s linoleum dining table to a venue with more seating.
What started as a blog that would potentially generate more traffic to Sean’s custom craftwork under stonhaus | bespoke shifted dramatically in its interest toward maintaining a focus on the “pursuit of a well-tailored life.” The blog became a personal project. Read our "story" page.
Expect that we will post and respond to articles relevant to a 'bespoke life;' share that which inspires; muse on random interests and participate in community-building memes; feature people, places, and events both local and of broader interest.
One of the aspects of this blog that we are the most thrilled about are the interviews. We are tapping on the shoulders of creative people we know and inundating them with nosy questions. They will be one part self-serving as we are hoping to learn from and connect with other people. A second part is our desire to share and promote our community member’s work/interests.
We invite you to participate in the conversation elsewhere as well:
Our Facebook page is one quick & easy way to connect. It is also where we will maintain a daily prompt of “three beautiful things.” Some of you are familiar with the exercise, but every evening we are going to share three things that brought us pleasure over the previous 24 hours (PG-13-style). Please be sure to visit and share a beautiful thing as well.
Sean masterminds the Instagram account and Twitter. Quips and images modestly abound.
We hope to complete enough of the construction phase on site and become a frequent presence in your feeds. More than that, we look forward to some brilliant conversation, so plan to contribute in meaningful ways.
